1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using the Alpha browser extension or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Description of service
Alpha is a browser extension that captures a screenshot of your active browser tab on your request and uses AI vision analysis to produce technical, price-action-based commentary and hypothetical trade setups (entry, stop-loss, and take-profit levels) for swing trading timeframes of 1 hour or higher.
3. Not financial advice
Alpha provides technical analysis for informational and educational purposes only. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and nothing produced by Alpha should be treated as a recommendation to buy or sell any asset. Trading and investing involve substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for any trading or investment decisions you make.
4. Accounts & eligibility
You must sign in with a Google account to use Alpha. You are responsible for maintaining the security of that account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Alpha.
5. Plans & usage limits
The Free plan includes a limited number of chart scans per day (currently 2), reset daily. Paid plans, if and when introduced, may offer higher or unlimited scan limits. We may change scan limits or introduce new plans at any time.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse Alpha, including attempting to circumvent usage quotas, reverse-engineer the service, or use it in a way that violates applicable law.
7. Disclaimer of warranties & limitation of liability
Alpha is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable at times. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha and its operators are not liable for any trading losses, damages, or other harm arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Alpha after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
